Baseboard Support Legs.

BOSL/FH. Bolt On Support Legs, Fixed Height.

• Size… 810mm x 55mm x 55mm (Sold in Pairs.)
• Each leg formed from two lenghts of 9mm Birch Plywood, forming an ‘L’ shape, glue joint, reinforced with joinery biscuits. Machined with three matching bolt holes at the top, two of which are fitted tee nuts, to allow fitting to the inner corners of our baseboards. There are adjustment holes every 32mm ready for converting. (Can be transformed into the adjustable version, just by the purchase of the lower section.)

• Each leg formed from two lenghts of 9mm Birch Plywood, forming an ‘L’ shape, glue joint, reinforced with joinery biscuits, same as above. There are adjustment holes every 32mm allowing them to be bolted to the upper section . (Supplied with M6 Tee nuts and bolts for connecting to the upper section.)

• Each leg is 810mm high, each part formed from two lenghts of 9mm Birch Plywood, forming an ‘L’ shape, glue joints, are reinforced with joinery biscuits, same as above. The upper leg has three holes, two of them already fitted with tee nuts, for connection to the inner corners of the baseboards. There are adjustment holes every 32mm in each section enabling them to be bolted together at any height from approximatly 930mm to over 1400mm. (Supplied with M6 Tee nuts and bolts for connecting to the the lower section to the upper section.)

Adjustable Levelling Feet.

AJ/LF. Adjustable Leveling Feet.

• Size… 90mm (Closed) x 45mm x 45mm (Sold in Pairs.)
• Each consists of an M8 bolt with a molded plastic foot, mounted via a tee nut in a 70mm x 45mm x 45mm wooden block, which, when attached to the base of the support legs, allows the baseboard to be made level by a turn of the foot
• Please note all tee nuts have been bonded in position with epoxy resin. (Includes screws for fixing to the inside of the lower support legs.)

Layout Bracing Struts.

LBS/L.     Layout Bracing Struts (Long).

• Size… 1200mm x 50mm (Sold in Pairs.)
• Machined from 9mm Birch Ply. These ‘T’ shaped long struts together with the short struts, may be used to brace the structure if the layout is raised to the upper levels of adjustment. There main use is to support our ‘Handy Cassette Trays (see below)

Handy Cassette Trays

HCT/LBS.    Handy Cassette Trays for Layout Bracing Struts.

• Size… 500mm x 500mm (Sold each.)
• These Handy Trays sit in between the layout Bracing struts, under the layout. Great for storing all those extra bits ‘n’ bobs, or can be used with track to hold your rolling stock and used to feed your layout.
  
• Two will fit under each full size baseboard or one under a half size baseboard.

Track Beds and Track Risers

STB/HO/P4.    Single Track Beds for HO, OO, EM, P4. (Other scales available on application).

• Size… 600mm x 58mm (Pack of Three.)
• These single track beds are machined from 6.5mm Birch Plywood (same as ‘Ultimate’ baseboards) with an opposite 45ø chamfer on each edge. Although they are straight, they can be made to follow any radius curve by simply clamping one end on top of the other, at the desired angle and cutting through both pieces. After glueing them together, glue an off cut under the under the joint to reinforce it. Continue this process until the curve is complete and sand the edges smooth.

DTB/HO/P4.    Double Track Beds for HO, OO, EM, P4. (Other scales available on application).

• Size… 600mm x 78mm (Pack of Two.)
• These double track beds are machined from 6.5mm Birch Plywood (same as ‘Ultimate’ baseboards) with a 45ø chamfer on each edge, at the same angle. They are designed to be glued to the edge of a single track bed, (see above) to convert it to a double track bed, this will give the correct spacing including the six foot way.
• An additional Double Track Bed can be glued to the sides to make up a multi road bed.

TR/HO/P4.    Track Risers for HO, OO, EM, P4. (Other scales available on application).

• Size… 50mm wide x 130mm overall height with a 102mm rise. (Pack of Seven.)
• These track risers are machined from 6.5mm Birch Plywood (same as ‘Ultimate’ baseboards) with a 45ø chamfer on the bottom, to avoid a sharp edge, when fiddling under the baseboard. They are designed to be glued to the side and top of our baseboards beams. They can be cut down to allow a controlled gradient for the track bed.
