Each Leg is 810mm (32") high, machined from two lengths of 9mm Birch Plywood, bonded together, forming a very strong 65mm 'L' shape
leg. The tongued and groove joint provides a continuous mortise like joint, the full length of the leg. This Leg has six upper bolt holes, (matching the holes in the baseboard corners) four of the holes in each leg have pronged tee nuts pre-installed for connection to the inner corners of the baseboards. There are holes spaced every 32mm down each side of the legs, ready to transformed them into the adjustable version, just by the purchase of the lower leg section. Supplied complete with 25mm M6 bolts and 25mm penny washers to connect the baseboard to the leg with the fitted tee nuts.

The legs require four bolts in each leg (Supplied) for the adjustment, pronged tee nuts and square nuts are supplied loose for you to use. When you are happy with the height of your layout you can fit the pronged tee nuts in the desired holes, instead of the square nuts.
The off-set countersunk holes at the very bottom of the legs, are for the screws to attach the adjustable levelling feet, featured below.

The Three countersunk holes in each of the outer blocks are for attaching our legs. Usually only the upper and lower holes are used. If the baseboard is cut down deeply, when landscape profiling takes place, then one can use the two lower holes.
Please note: That the standard (The ones with three screw holes) alignment dowels, will fit perfectly in the countersunk holes.

These Single Track Beds for HO, OO, EM, P4 are 60mm wide x 610mm long in 6.5mm Birch Ply with an opposite 45 degree chamfer on each edge. Although straight, they can be made to follow any radius by simply clamping one end on top of the other, at the desired angle and cutting through both pieces, gluing together then glue an off cut under the join to reinforce it.

These Double Track Beds are 138mm wide x 610mm long in 6.5mm Birch Plywood with a 45 degree champer on each edge. These Track Risers are 50mm wide x 130mm high with a 102mm rise in 6.5mm Birch Ply with a 45ø chamfer on bottom edge to avoid a sharp edge when fiddling under the baseboard. They are designed to be glued to the side and top of our baseboard beams. Can be cut down to allow a controlled gradient for the track bed.
